PACKAGE PRICE:
$11.25 per person + tax for 2 game package
$13.75 per person + tax for 3 game package
And
both include: (2 or 3) games of bowling, shoe rental, use of
house balls, 1 pitcher of soft drink per lan, 1 bucket of hot
popcorn per lane and one autograph bowling pin.

You
must have a minimum of 20 bowlers to host a fundraiser

A
minimum deposit of 50% of a 20-bowler count must be paid at the
time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable within 14
days of the date of the event.

Copperfield
Bowl will be glad to have a representative visit your site to
help you choose the right package and plan your event. We
will also supply you with any posters you may need to promote
your event.

Caters
may be brought in, but must be discussed first with management
of Copperfield Bowl. Otherwise, no food or drink may be
brought into the Bowling Center without express permission of
Management.

Choice
One - The Cover Charge Party

This
is an ideal way to raise between $200 and $2000. Great for
Little Leagues, PTA's and School groups.
Example:
Each potential bowler sells a ticket for (ie:) $25 to attend a
bowling fundraiser party for which will include 3 games of bowling,
refreshments, prizes and music when available.
For each ticket they sell, the group keeps approximately half of it (ie: ($12.67)).
Group
sells 100 tickets @ &25 each = $2500. 80 people show up at
the bowling fundraising party: group keeps $1000.00 (80 X
$12.67).
Total raised for your group =
$1013.60

Choice Two
- Midnight Madness
|
|
|
Your
group or organization would exclusively reserve the Bowling Center
for your use on a Friday or Saturday from Midnight to 2 am during
which your bowlers would bowl unlimited games at our special
fundraiser price.
Much like the Cover - Charge Party,
the group would keep the balance of the ticket price after the cost
of bowling is taken out. The more tickets sold, the more
profit for your group! The party could be schemed with music
and food, and bowlers would be able to bowl until they are well
satisfied, as it is unlimited games for one low price! Many
Teen-age functions have been held this way, as parents feel safe
that their children are having fun with total adult supervision!

Choice
Three -
League or Club Program
|
|
|
Form
your very own Bowling Club with the members of your group and
friends wishing to help with your cause. You and those members
will be raising money every week AND having fun! Here's how:
Example:
12 teams of 4 people are formed = 48 bowlers.
Each
bowler would contribute an extra $2.00 per week when they bowl in
your Club or mini-league.
48
bowlers X 28 weeks = $2688.00
the
best news is that Copperfield bowl will handle all of the
paperwork. We'll provide you with posters and signup forms,
even do the Club's secretary service for free! Basically, you
and your members would bowl your way to your goal!

Choice
Four - Bowlathon / Pledge
Bowling

|
|
The
biggest money-maker bar none!
Each
person in your group attending the fundraiser would solicit pledges
based on the number of pins they knock down during the event.
Pledges can be pennies per pin, or flat rates of any amount. A
minimum of 5 pledges should be set, with prizes for the bowler with
the most pledges. They would also pay the low fundraiser price
covering their own bowling.
Example:
Average score per bowler per game is 135. They bowl 3 games
which is a total of 405.
With
pledges of only a nickel per pin, each bowler would have vested
$20.25 per pledge, and $101.25 for 5 pledges. if you have 80
bowlers all doing this, you will have raised an incredible
$8100.00. And 5 pledges is a minimum...at 10 pledges, you
would double your success with over $16,000!
Copperfield
bowl will gladly supply you with the signup posters, and the pledge
sheets.

Choice
Five
- Celebrity Bowling!
|
|
|
Much
like the Cover-Charge package, your group may be able to hire a
local celebrity (TV News personality, radio DJ, sports star or
another type of well known local hero) to bowl with you on your
fundraising day or night.
Each
person who attends the fundraiser would pay a fee (ie: $25.00) to
bowl with or speak with the celebrity.
Example:
100 people pay $25.00 each = $2500.00. Deduct 3 game
fundraiser price and your group would receive the balance of
$1267.00!
This
type of fundraiser is most beneficial because it generates a lot of
hype...and adds attention to your cause, therefore generating more
interest and more entries!
